We are looking for a forward-thinking, enthusiastic Instructional Designer on the Partner Sales Enablement team that has passion for helping others succeed and the desire to develop best in class e-learning modules and processes. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in reducing the ramp time for our internal employees to hit performance maturity.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work with cross-functional internal teams to create and package high-value, easy-to-use sales tools such sales guides, pitch decks, presentations, demos, collateral, competitive matrix, etc.)
  • Manage the creation of high-quality learning modules that provide product information, sales
  • narratives, best practices, self-paced learning modules, video creation, scripts and more
  • Intake requests for e-learning modules, manage requests, and report on adoption, completion, and satisfaction of the trainings
  • Analyze existing instructional material, assess learning needs and develop online learning content and materials
  • Create and maintain partner qualification learning tracks and assessments.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems via reported user issues
  • Organize and create best practices for how e-learning modules are structured, stored and archived owning the lifecycle of a learning module
  • Leverage personal, professional and creative strengths to support the overall goals of the
  • team

 

Requirements:

  • BS / BA degree required
  • 10+ years of relevant experience, 6+ years of experience using course authoring tools
  • Comfortable being on camera and working with a virtual and remote team
  • Ability to create content by blending existing and new methods
  • Experience with producing content video and training transcripts
  • Outstanding communication & organizational skills
  • Knowledge of and experience implementing adult learning theories and principles into
  • courseware
  • Knowledge of assessment and evaluation methods
  • Proficiency with Blackboard, Canvas, Camtasia, Captivate, Moodle or proprietary LMS
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
  • Be an effective communicator, verbally, written and listening.
  • Comfortable with aspects of G-Suite such as Google Docs and Gmail
