Sr. Creative Producer
This role will provide centralized ownership, visibility and coordination of the Creative team’s workload. An energetic and visionary contributor, the Senior Creative Producer will play an essential role in helping Craftsy build an industry-leading internal creative team to activate our one-of-a-kind brand. He or she will serve as the key point of contact both within and outside the creative team regarding project initiation, scope, status, timelines and deliverables.
- Project Management
- Partner with cross-departmental PM leads to select and implement a project management system that facilitates cross-functional project collaboration including both online and offline tools and practices; company-wide training will also be required
- Own tracking and reporting metrics around Creative team workload; recommend resourcing solutions when needed (freelance and / or FTE)
- Own vendor / freelance relationships, contracts and budgeting
- Work to continually improve processes to elevate the quality of creative output while boosting efficiency
- Traffic Management
- Own job intake, scoping and timeline management for all Creative team projects
- Assign copy and design resources (in partnership with Creative team leads) and support the team’s day-to-day view of timelines and priorities
- Identify capacity gaps before they become a problem and drive prioritization & resourcing solutions as required
Ensure that Creative team leads have visibility to the project load and support higher-level strategic discussions around prioritization
Basic Qualifications
● 5+ years of relevant project management experience in a creative environment
