As our first in-house visual designer, you will be a key leader on our design team. You will identify the biggest design opportunities across brand and marketing, prioritize them, and effectively frame up the problem and outcome we can drive. You will then own the design of these large projects from opportunity to implementation. You will develop working relationships with colleagues across the company and bring visual design leadership to our design team overall. You will be responsible for designing a brand that reimagines real estate transactions with beautiful, modern experiences that put people first.

You have 3-6 years of visual design experience in areas such as layout, illustration, typography and branding, and have extensive experience with tools such as Sketch, Photoshop and Illustrator. A strong portfolio will make you a stand-out candidate - we’ll be looking for you to display your recent work in visual and brand design; this includes web pages as well as other digital marketing assets. You’re excited to have massive ownership over projects and enable teams to build something out of nothing.
