Position Details:

Our growing experience team has a difficult challenge to satisfy two distinct clients—our business customers support staff and the end consumer—from one flexible product suite. Customer support staff have a robust set of tools, but end consumers have very little. We need to help the end consumer tools catch up, matching great functionality and process with an approachable, beautifully designed visual experience.

You will translate complex back office solutions to consumer-focused, delightful experiences that reduces dependency on traditional customer service channels.

You will also integrate new functionality, coordinating features between the CSR and consumer product platforms, while tailoring experiences to each context.

What you will accomplish as you work on our Digital Business Support & Service products:

• Enhance and refine features including customer signup and account management, multi-step ordering and checkout, multi-tiered product catalog management, back-office tools for reporting and workflow management.

• Fix limited functionality and inadequate UX patterns (make it work great too).

• Expand and clarify feature functionality.

• Help gather, interpret and integrate customer and user feedback.

• Maintain style guide and enhance interaction pattern library

To be considered for this game changer role, you have:

• 8+ years background focused in UX/UI Design experience, including prototyping and system design or relevant experience. 
• Bachelor's degree with emphasis on Interface Design, Graphic Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related fields.
• Experience with tools and technologies such as Sketch 3, Illustrator, Photoshop, Invision, etc.

• Experience with enterprise web-based application design

• Serious bonus points for experience with motion design and micro-interactions

• Portfolio or case studies of projects you have worked on

• Well versed in scrum methodology and working in an Agile environment.
