We are currently looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our Denver, CO based team.As UI/UX Designer you will play an integral role in supporting PointsBet's continued growth and success.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Sketching, designing and discussing new ideas and concepts
• Creating and presenting end-to-end user journeys and flows
• Working closely with the Product team and Head of UX to create top class user experiences. We're not fussed where UX begins and UI ends - You won't be boxed into a tightly defined role and we will work closely on all aspects.
• Working closely with the dev team throughout the SDLC from design specs handover and UAT, all the way to shipping live.
• Maintaining consistency in the product appearance, following style guidelines, and taking influence from best practices and first principles of design and user experience standards.
• Developing a strong understanding of user behaviour by analysing qualitative and quantitative data/ insights.
• Most importantly, being passionate about design, technology and self-improvement.

SKILLS WE SEEK

• 5+ year's experience as a Digital UX & UI Designer
• Multi-disciplinary skills across the UX / UI spectrum from creating intuitive user flows to high end visual and user interface design
• Strong skills in Sketch, InVision (or other prototyping tools), Zeplin
• Obsessive pixel crafting skills
• An understanding of constraints for delivering high performance, fast loading solutions to users on all devices
• A strong portfolio that showcases your craft, knowledge and experience of working on large-scale data heavy UX projects. This is sportsbetting - lots of numbers!
• In-depth understanding of mobile, web and responsive design
• Solid knowledge of HTML & CSS that enables you to efficiently work with devs to make the dreams become a reality
• A passion for simplicity in design and constant improvement
• Exceptional communication skill
