We’re looking for designers to define the way people experience our mobile app and web products.

Our designers think and act like startup founders who work to build the company every day, from ideation to execution.

About you:

Must have:

• Being a self-starter, looking for ways to make our product both easier to use and more aesthetically pleasing
• Outstanding product thinking, communication and visual design
• Strong collaboration and comfort with an iterative design process that includes accepting and acting on feedback
• Can navigate ambiguity and be able to design from scratch with a first-principles mindset
• Proficiency in relevant design and prototyping tools

Nice to have:

• Previous work experience in a consumer-focused tech organisation (especially in the FinTech space)
• Prior experience taking an app from ideation to launch
• UX Writing, Illustration, Animation, Coding or a good sense of humour —we’re all wearing different hats here
