About your role -

Wrapmate is looking for a Senior Product Designer focused on building innovative user experiences.  You will help lead the product ideation, innovation, design and execution of Wrapmate’s online platform while reporting directly to the CEO.

Wrapmate is a small, extremely efficient team of entrepreneurs, creatives, logistics aficionados and doers.  This position will not only dream up new ideas, but help execute them and ultimately ship them to customers.

This role is expected (and empowered) to make big decisions and implement strategies without approvals.  We do not subscribe to the big company culture or bureaucracy.  We move fast, tweak often and focus obsessively on improving the customer experience.

What type of experience we are looking for -

• Years of overall visual design, UX, UI and digital product experience.
• Strong appetite to innovate and create unique products & experiences.
• Vast experience in ideation and execution of digital user experiences.
• A strong understanding of both user experience and interface design.
• Understanding of building and implementing global design systems.
• Interest in developing and steering brand identity.
• Proficient knowledge of key design programs - Figma, Sketch, XD, InVision and Adobe Creative Suite when applicable.
• Detailed knowledge of how modern web and mobile applications are built (bonus points if you're proficient in CSS, HTML and Javascript)
• Understanding of the current tech landscape including AR, ML, etc.
• Hard worker - we all work smart and hard.
• BONUS! - Any past experiences in the print, automotive or graphics industry.
