We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our remote design team. You’ll be joining a fast-growing company focused on revolutionizing the in-home healthcare experience. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and other stakeholders to rethink how we deliver healthcare for a broad range of customers. As an early senior member of the design team, you’ll help shape the vision and execution of design at DispatchHealth.

What You’ll Do

• Translate customer and design problems into engaging solutions that drive business value
• Drive all phases of the design process on medium to large-scale projects, working closely with your product and engineering partners
• Be an advocate for our customers and data-driven design thinking across our products and business
• In the first 90 days, you’ll immerse yourself in understanding our customers – patients, providers and partners
• In the first year, you’ll work cross-functionally to redefine key areas of business and deliver a new software platform to our customers

Who You Are

• 6+ Years of product design experience
• Storytelling is your superpower to lead complex design projects across multiple stakeholders and partners
• Ability to move seamlessly between defining strategy and delivering hands-on work
• Mastery of the product design process, including discovery, concepting, design and development, and implementation
• Proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
• Champion inclusive design and accessibility
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience

Bonus Points

• Experience building platform components using a design system across web and native apps
• Familiarity with healthcare/enterprise software tools

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $110,000 - $140,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, candidate location, and experience.
