Challenges You Will Solve

You will work alongside experts in growth and digital, content, creative, and product for one of the most innovative and exceptional companies in cybersecurity today. Our team prides itself on building authentic and memorable brand experiences while simultaneously supporting our global sales teams. 

As a Production Designer for Red Canary’s in-house creative team, you will immerse yourself in the brand. You will establish close relationships with other designers, providing support by off-loading execution and iteration work. You will execute high-quality production files for all products based on brand standards.

What You'll Do

• Assist other designers on the team with expanding and translating existing creative concepts into new contexts
• Prepare and deliver image assets for web, email, paid marketing, blog, social, and other digital communication channels
• Work within creative guidelines to create consistent experiences across email, media banners, websites, social, and other digital touchpoints
• Understand responsive design and how to adapt creative for multiple devices
• Design and produce event materials, both digital and print, including signage, brochures, and web pages
• Adhere to brand guidelines in terms of font usage, logo usage, color usage, and other aspects of visual identity for our brand
• Be comfortable working with precise technical specifications regarding image usage, creative dimensions, media and file formats, file sizes, and copy styling
• Responsible for maintaining strict specifications for file naming conventions and file organization
• Export and prep all files and creative assets for delivery to client and/or developers
• Juggle a mix of large and small projects, often with overlapping priority and urgency
• Ship quickly. Find new efficiencies. Keep an eye on the small stuff. Make it work.

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years work experience in a creative role/environment
• Understanding of digital-first mentality, familiar with current trends, excited about learning new ones
• An ability to communicate clearly with peers and stakeholders
• A dedication to delivering great work
• Experience building, editing and optimizing pixel and vector graphics
• Experience working in both print and digital media and preparing error-free files optimized for print and web distribution
• Experience in designing landing pages and emails (CSS, HTML knowledge a plus)Experience with responsive and mobile web design
• Experience creating illustrations (charts, infographics, etc.)Experience in Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, Google slides
• Excellent sense of typography, image, and visual hierarchy
• Bonus: Animation or video production experience (After Effects, Premiere)

Targeted base salary range: $50,400 - $67,300 (depending on experience) + bonus eligibility and equity
