  • Synthesize existing research and data to identify insights, themes, and user needs
  • Collect, analyze, and report on quantitative and qualitative data from your research studies
  • Craft findings deliverables to share insights, provide recommendations, and convey the user’s perspective to product teams
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, developers, and partners to ensure our product design and development are informed by user insights
  • Be a strategic partner to key decision-makers, helping to shape their vision for product development
  • Own several projects at once in a fast-paced environment, paying close attention to research quality
  • Partner with other Product Researchers to develop research processes and infrastructure

To be successful in this role at Gtmhub, you'll need to have:

  • 4+ years of relevant work experience;
  • A strong working knowledge of user research methods, including when and how to apply different qualitative and quantitative methods in various scenarios;
  • Comfort working with a great degree of autonomy in a rapidly evolving environment;
  • Experience initiating end-to-end projects with different sampling techniques;
  • Engaging storytelling capabilities with a history of surfacing invaluable insights to influence key decisions;
  • Ability to clearly communicate with internal teams and data stakeholders at all levels of the organization, especially via remote technology;
  • A passion for process improvement and a desire to leave things better than you found them;
  • Comfort helping others from related disciplines develop their research expertise; and
  • Familiarity with tools such as Maze, User Interviews, Qualtrics, Dovetail, and Figma.

Compensation and Benefits

What's in it for you:

  • Competitive base salary
  • Quarterly bonus opportunities (up to 25%)
  • Generous paid time off
