Product Designer

| Greater Denver Area

What we do

We build products for our next financial system. As the first company in Colorado history to receive a state grant for blockchain technology, we are building the pipes now, the roads in the years to come, and the scaffolding for the next few decades.

Our first product, RADAR RELAY, is a wallet-to-wallet decentralized trading platform. Since launch in late 2017, we’ve helped users from over 150 countries around the world trade more than $200m worth of tokens. With our $10m Series A we launched our second product, RADAR ION, a guide to getting started on the Lightning Network. But, we’re just getting started.

What you’ll do

As a Product Designer, you’ll work closely with all members of the design team to design and maintain a consistent and usable database of product design components, including symbols, pages, and design flows. You will design product features from concept through final implementation – all while working closely with product managers and developers. You will prototype and test your designs in order to understand a user's perspective and iterate on your designs based on that feedback. Ideally, you have 3-5 years of experience in graphic / UI / UX / product design in a fast-paced environment. But like so many product designers before you, you must lean into the friction and help this technology to find a path forward.

  • You love concepting, wireframes, prototypes, and visual design.

  • You can deliver exceptional design at high volumes under tight timelines and manage multiple projects at once, all without requiring a ton of supervision.

  • You are eager to learn new things. We don’t expect you to know everything, but expect you to be willing to try. You are humble and thoughtful, with a fine sense of humor – this is important.

  • Proficient in Figma with a very good understanding of Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.

  • You are able to prototype your designs within Figma and have experience using other prototyping software.

  • You have a familiarity with web design, HTML and CSS.
