Role

A Product Designer is the “full-stack engineer” of the design world. They encompass all the roles into a single individual human. On any given project they will execute the research, UX, interaction, visual design, and build prototypes to execute in usability testing. Much like a “full-stack engineer” can span from database, to backend, to front end development. Given they encompass all the roles they tend to have a broad and poignant view on the product they work. This puts them in a unique position to additionally be very influential in shaping the product roadmap.
