As a Product Designer on the team and our UX writer, you will be a key member of our design team and the leading advocate for creating useful and meaningful text throughout our products. This text will ensure that our users can complete tasks easily and efficiently. You will work cross functionally to help establish the voice for content and drive cohesive product narratives across multiple platforms and touch points. You will also own the design of large projects from opportunity to implementation, making use of customer feedback and product insights along the way. You will develop working relationships with colleagues across the business and actively look to mentor others and contribute to the wider design community. You will design software that reimagines real estate transactions with beautiful, modern experiences that put people first. 

We are targeting candidates with 5 years of Product Design experience with 3+ years of UX writing for the web. You have led design within a cross-functional product team and have extensive experience with sketching, diagramming and interface design tools. You possess strong skills in technical/UX writing for a broad range of styles and tones and have strong verbal communication skills. You are organized and are able to prioritize the users perspective, pain points and needs. You are passionate about creating beautiful designs and seek a high level of ownership and responsibility. You love a startup environment and enjoy wearing multiple hats and have a self starter mentality. Lastly, we love candidates with an open mind who are always seeking to learn new things from new research tools to new design programs or trends. 

Colorado applicants: This role pays $100,000 - $140,000 annually plus equity in the company (pay for other locations may vary).
