As a UI/UX Leader you will represent the team and the importance of UX throughout the organization, defining the way the team works and how they engage with other departments. You will be responsible for tool selection and will participate in select projects.
You will also manage a local and international team including capacity, recruiting, onboarding, and process. You will also work with CX owners and Segment leaders to understand the current and target role of our platforms in supporting world-class E2E CX.
A successful UI/UX Leader will come prepared with a portfolio, have 2+ years of managerial experience, and 7-10 years of experience in UX Design. The successful UI/UX Leader will be a proven thought leader respected for their expertise in design and developing relationships with other internal business partners.

The annual gross base salary range is $106,675.36 – $177,792.27. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.
Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
