The Presentation Designer collaborates with our internal creative teams to design and optimize presentations for stakeholders across the Pax8 organization to be shared both internally and externally. They innovate on existing slide design, create assets, infographics, content review, information delivery and provide high-quality, best-in-class presentations. The Designer takes complex content and communicates it in a visually exciting and engaging way to our audiences. They work directly with stakeholders to produce appealing presentations that engage audiences.
Essential Responsibilities and Percentage of Time Spent (includes, but is not limited to):
- Collaborate with Manager of Design and members of the design team to create images, charts, and infographics to communicate key messages more effectively via superior presentations that appeal to and engage audiences (50%)
- Retouch, color correct, copyedit content, and convert digital photography for best use in presentations (30%)
- Develop and maintain visual asset catalog (15%)
- Deliver projects on brand and on time (5%)
Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:
- At least three (3) years of related experience
- Ability to work with a team in an efficient manner as well as independently with professional sound judgement
- Ability to adapt to evolving Pax8 brand in ongoing projects simultaneously
- Ability to effectively communicate with our internal company departments and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to self-manage, work independently, and meet expectations and deadlines
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Creative thinker and problem solver—always looking beyond the available options when up against roadblocks
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external teams
- Ability to work in a cross-functional organization and demonstrate team leadership skills
- Experience learning and navigating within a high-growth and fast paced environment
Required Education & Certifications:
- A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience
Compensation:
- Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $64,000 or more depending on experience
*Note: Compensation is benchmarked on local Denver Metro area market rates. Qualified candidates in other locations can expect a salary package that may be adjusted based off applicable cost of wages in their respective location.
