We are seeking a passionate, proactive, organized, and creative problem solver who will be a key contributor to our marketing and product teams.

Your role:

As a video and multimedia designer you will be creating in-house visual assets for our marketing and product teams. You will own all of our video content production such as the planning and execution of video advertising, creating TV commerical videos, internal resource videos, video animations, videos for multiple social platforms, and any other related video content. Your role may also include designing marketing materials, including emails, banners, landing pages, presentations, and printed collateral. Your environment will be a fast-paced, agile, and self-directed with multi-disciplinary teams that translate complex technology concepts into creative solutions. While working alongside a senior designer you will be collaborating, defining, evolving, and executing American Financing visual language and user experience across all channels to deliver a measurable impact on our business.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a video designer and/or Bachelors degree in graphic design, animation, video, or comparable field

• Optimizely experience a plus

• Strong video creation, editing, and video animation skills with an ability to tel a visual story in a wide variety of styles and aesthetics. Including infographics, video and static banners, data visualization, TV commercials, and integrated brand campaigns.

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, and/or similar video editing software.

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the entire Adobe Creative Suite.

• Proper knowledge of closed caption, video compression, and formatting needs for TB and web. Also the ability to choose awesome music, SFX, and sound bytes.

• Ability to concept, animate, design short video content pieces.

• Ability to storyboard video and animation concepts based on business requirements.

• Ability to balance multiple projects and work under pressure according to deadlines.

• Strong collaborative and communication skills to work in a close-knit team.

• Strong knowledge of a multitude of social media platforms - both established and emerging. A familiarity with YouTube and Vimeo.

• Highly Creative.

• A desire to learn more about the ins and outs of the Mortgage and Real Estate industry.
