Trelora is a Denver startup revolutionizing the way people buy and sell homes. We are seeking a Lead UX Designer to join our agile software team. This is a growth-trajectory position for someone who is comfortable working across disciplines and interested in growing into leadership.

WHO YOU ARE

• Required:

  • An experienced UX designer with 4+ years of experience in UI, UX, and/or product design.

  • Experienced in “full-stack” design, blending research, information architecture, prototyping, interface design and visual design skills.

  • A skilled qualitative researcher with a knack for asking the right questions and distilling information into actionable takeaways.

  • A learner who enjoys pairing with engineers, PMs, and end users to solve problems collaboratively.

  • A firm believer in Lean and Agile methodologies with a keen instinct for balancing quality with speed.

  • Excited by the prospect of making real estate simpler, more affordable, and more customer-friendly.

• Nice-to-have:

  • Experience working in a startup environment on a growth-stage product.

  • A demonstrated history of effective leadership of people and products.

  • Cross-functional experience in research, marketing, product management, software development, and/or entrepreneurship.

  • Familiarity with residential real estate.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Define and design product improvements to our in-house transaction management tool, which enables our agents to effectively complete 20x as many transactions as traditional agents.

• Gather data through customer interviews, user testing, analytics and AB testing to optimize our public-facing property search site to communicate our value proposition to visitors.

• Improve outcomes for buyers and sellers through targeted feature enhancements to our client dashboard.

• Manage our library of components and styles across multiple digital products and occasional marketing collateral.

• Participate in weekly planning and retrospectives to improve what we build and how we build it.
