As Lead UI/UX Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering a delightful user experience to Digital Assets Data’s clients. You will partner with our Product team to conduct user research and testing to become the voice of our users and empathize with their needs. You will work collaboratively with key stakeholders, product owners, engineers, and clients to design mobile and web interfaces that are elegant and intuitive. You will mentor and inspire others on the Front-End team to help them deliver their best work. You will passionately own Digital Assets Data’s entire user experience, from branding to style guides to interfaces. This is a full time salaried position.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience

• Prior experience managing and leading designers

• Prior experience conducting user research to inform product design

• Proficient with Sketch, Invision, and Zeplin

• Strong and diverse design portfolio from in-production mobile and web applications

• Prior experience engaging with engineers in a lean/agile framework

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Keen attention to detail

• Passionate about staying up-to-date on the latest tech trends and design tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience designing enterprise/fintech applications

• Passion for cryptocurrency and distributed ledger technology

• Experience with JIRA or similar issue tracking software

• Strong opinions on the available tools of the trade, from visual design to rapid prototyping to user testing

• Brings an infectiously positive attitude to work
