Shinesty sells clothing that likes to party. The kind that turns heads and starts conversations. We’re growing fast. We’re funded. Our products and content reach millions of people every week. And our mission is to force the world to stop taking itself so seriously. If the below sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.

What we’re hiring for:

The Junior Print Designer will design and contribute to the creation, development and execution of unique and original prints that will be used across all categories of Shinesty products. The role’s primary responsibility is the development of custom print designs that delight Shinesty customers and translate into sales.

This role requires one extremely creative and artistic mother fugger with a blue-collar work ethic and a desire to personally make an impact. You are a wizard in illustrator, you have an exceptional eye for design and love sports. You love theme parties, events, holidays, and music festivals and you believe that interesting clothing can enhance and make life better. You are ready to work your ass off in a position that has the opportunity to have a major impact on both your professional development and the long term success of an up-and-coming brand.

Who's right for it:

Our creative team produces high-quality assets in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will make Da Vinci’s Mona Lisa look like a 6-year-old’s best finger painting, gets nauseous at the site of bad spacing, and likes to talk about fonts on first dates. If you’re the right person, you are talented and versatile enough take our graphic design, across all areas of the company, to the next level. You look at our current graphic design assets and get excited because you know you can come in and make a huge difference. You have a scrappy, blue collar work ethic and are not afraid to work long hours to accomplish a project if needed. You never settle. You love design and are looking for a career where you will make a difference on a brand that touches millions of customers every year.

Our company is not for everyone, keep that in mind before applying. But if reading the above description got you jazzed, then we want to hear from you.
