Summary of This Role

We are seeking a savvy, creative, experienced, talented and multidisciplinary graphic production designer to own the creation and production of both our marketing assets and content created to support the product and other marketing goals.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in adaptive teams, with marketing managers, developers, UX designers, copywriters, and at times directly with clients. You will be able to own a number of design decisions and translate the Nutrislice brand and personality into assets and materials that contribute to the growth of the business and product portfolio. This is a full-time, on site position, that will report to the Creative Director.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing and development teams to support our product, creating design and content marketing assets.
  • Help bring new ideas for design and content creation to the team using your expertise and eye for great design.
  • Design and produce editable templates for our marketing team to be more efficient in their posting on social media, the blog, email, and other channels.
  • Manage other design needs such as presentations, signage, sales collateral, videos and trade show collateral as needed.

 Requirements

  • 2- 5 years of related experience.
  • BA/BS in design-related field strongly preferred.
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates a proficiency with typography, color, branding, print and digital campaigns.
  • Thorough knowledge of Adobe CC design software.  
  • Strong attention to detail in all aspects of design and production.
  • Experience in HubSpot, Pardot or other marketing automation systems a plus.
  • Audio, video or motion graphics editing experience is a plus
  • HTML, CSS, or JavaScript experience is a plus.
  • Past experience as either an in-house designer and/or design or advertising agency is a plus.
