Graphic Production Artist

The Graphic Production Artist ​takes customer artwork and prepared art files in a manner necessary to produce custom stickers and labels. You are the master of adjusting art to be pixel perfect and production-ready. In an ideal world, you believe all images should be clean, sharp and intentional. Your math brain and visual eye work in tandem to finalize and perfect digital images.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee the preparation of digital image files for custom print production for a variety of customers

Process a high-volume of images per day (100+ avg)

Process customer revisions and seek new ways to decrease the amount of image revisions

Evaluate and interpret customer art files

Troubleshoot color issues and provide re-touch where necessary

Adjust crop lines for production fidelity

Adhere to production requirements and press operations process

Provide quality check before finalizing image

Maintain and create production templates

Communicate issues between customer service team and customers, ensure customer

expectations are continually met

Provide insights and new ideas for continuous improvement for business operations

Occasionally provide art services such as re-creating or re-drawing images and labels

Remain adaptable to the introduction of new products and processes driven by StickerGiant’s

business strategy

EDUCATION AND FORMAL TRAINING

High school diploma or GED required

Bachelor's degree or trade certification preferred

Minimum of 1-3 years preflighting artwork for printing production or related work-related

experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY

Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)

Ability to analyze images and calculate dimensions

Math skills paired with an eye for visual/spatial relationships and color

Entrepreneurial mindset

Speed and agility when producing electronic print-ready files

Ability to embrace and follow a common business framework such as Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and Open Book Management

Commitment to customers by effectively solving problems quickly and effectively

Adaptability to work under pressure, sometimes with competing deadlines and schedules

Strong communicator and ability to navigate situations with diplomacy

Continual learner interested in ongoing education and training within the field
