The Opportunity:

As the newest member of our team you'll be helping us captivate our audience with engaging content and marketing materials from websites and landing pages to paid media ads and more. Our marketing team has the opportunity to work on many different types of projects so you’ll gain experience working in a variety of mediums. You’ll collaborate on strategy, ideas and work closely with our writers. With a drive for results, you’ll watch our success metrics, help us iterate and ultimately elevate the way we present ourselves in the market. 

The Team:

The marketing team is an exciting, dynamic team at Gloo. We’re very closely linked with our executives and sales team allowing us to be at the forefront of what Gloo is doing around the country. We’re hardworking, creative, and we laugh a great deal. People on the marketing team are self starters, good listeners, strong collaborators and can work effectively even when there’s ambiguity.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing a variety of creative content: Websites, landing pages, emails, social media ads, presentations, event collateral, digital and print assets, and more. 
• You’ll help us evolve our brand and take it to the next level
• You’ll work closely with writers and strategists to develop, present and refine concepts and then take those ideas and apply them to the necessary assets. 
• You’ll work with videographers and motion designers on videos
• You’ll use the Google Suite (especially Google Slides), Adobe, Abstract, and Sketch primarily. 

What We’re Looking For:

• A portfolio that shows a variety of projects
• 3-5 years of experience with digital advertising design
• Must be proficient in Adobe Create Suite (especially Illustration, InDesign, Photoshop)
• Familiarity with the GoogleSuite, Sketch and Hubspot is a plus
• Someone who is well organized, a self-starter, and ok with collaborating over video calls
• Experience managing several projects at once, working under short deadlines from time to time, and moving ideas forward even in the midst of ambiguity. 
• Experience working in the faith ecosystem is a plus. Ideally this person has an understanding of the persona of a church congregant and the value offered by churches.




COMPENSATION:  $55,000-$65,000
