Convercent is looking for a creative and talented designer to help us bring our brand to life and evangelize our mission to drive ethics to the center of business for a better world. You will be the go-to resource for executing Convercent’s visual identity across our content and campaigns.
The majority of your work will be centered around our multi-channel digital marketing, with the occasional printed postcard, tradeshow stand and sales sheet, but expect to wear many hats. Daily projects include designing fresh graphics and wireframes for the website, ebooks and product brochures, creating downloadable templates and quizzes, and conceptualizing new elements of our visual identity as it’s expressed across events, email, and interactive demand gen assets.
We are agile and growing fast, so you will need to jump in and get started right away. You will be driving real business value from your work and creating compelling design solutions that differentiate Convercent from the competition. Plus, you’ll be the driving force as our visual brand evolves in the coming quarters. This is a great opportunity for the right person to learn new and different skills with a dynamic and experienced team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Website: Wireframes, graphics, banners
- Downloadable marketing assets: Ebooks, infographics, interactive templates
- Social graphics, email design, ad creative
- Sales & marketing decks and document templates
- Evolving our brand & style guide, documenting visual systems to ensure consistency across the organization
- Project manage your work, including review cycles
Required Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years’ experience in graphic design
- Creative portfolio demonstrating talent, fresh ideas, and attention to detail—include a link in your resume or cover letter
- Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience designing for Wordpress or other CMS platforms
- Adobe After Effects and/or Premier is a plus
- Bonus: Video and/or photography shooting and editing and animation
Compensation and Benefits:
The salary and variable compensation ranges provided here are just that—a range! The offer that is ultimately extended is based on level of experience, skillset, certifications and education.
- Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 base salary + variable compensation
This position includes unlimited time off, comprehensive benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), monthly tech stipend, and company-paid sabbatical at five years of service.
