Job Description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Graphic Designer who and has an eye for details like kerning and leading. From brainstorming to implementation, you will work with internal teams to bring concepts to life. You are a strong production designer that will not only execute ideas but also be a part of the initial creative process. You are a creative-thinker and always ready to dive into anything! With a healthy design foundation in interactive, as well as a solid background in print, you will have the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a creative production team. This role will work primarily on the Center of Excellence creative production team, in partnership and collaboration with Conga’s Art Director and brand team.

Responsibilities:

  • Design beautiful and cutting-edge marketing campaigns and assets including ads, landing pages, animations and interactive web experiences, pdf ebooks, whitepapers, infographics, emails, brand swag, presentation decks, event / tradeshow graphics, and various other digital assets
  • Actively participate in kickoff meetings and lead creative brainstorms
  • Be a constant evangelist for the global brand. Contribute to and uphold Conga brand standards, while constantly pushing and evolving the brand to keep it fresh and innovative over time
  • Execute quarterly content and brand campaigns in coordination with the content marketing team
  • Support major external and internal events with graphic design, presentation and video support (preferred)
  • Collaborate with Art Director to ensure branding consistency across our platforms, programs, campaigns, and assets
  • Provide presentation and deck support for executives and senior leaders across the organization
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and other internal stakeholders to support their efforts and ensure deadlines are met

Skills / Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in design, art, marketing, or related field
  • 2-4 years’ experience in graphic design for marketing
  • Experience on a production team in a fast-paced environment like an agency or start-up
  • Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, Sketch, etc.
  • Ability to think creatively and justify concepts to stakeholders and team members
  • Proven aptitude for quick creative thinking and multi-tasking with acute attention to detail
  • Mastery of typography, layout, color use, composition and brand identity principles
  • Experience in delivering premium branded visual solutions for worldwide markets
  • Thorough understanding of both print and web requirements
  • Experience with video editing and motion graphics a plus
  • Familiarity with developing html and php projects a plus

For Colorado-based roles: Minimum annual total compensation of 69,725.00 - 87,156.00 - 111,845.00 USD Annuall USD Annual

For Colorado-based roles: Minimum annual total compensation of 69,725.00 USD.
