About the Role
We are looking for a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join FareHarbor’s growing creative team. An ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, committed to delivering high-quality work on schedule, and excited about the activities and tourism industry. We are interested in creative, driven individuals who take pride in their work. This role will design marketing communications for both client facing materials as well as ones intended to attract new tour & activity business to FareHarbor Beyond professional design skills, you should be a natural collaborator, conceptual thinker, and tireless tinkerer, focused on creative problem-solving and the rewards of delivering a finished product. A collaborative, flexible person who likes to work independently as well as with a team in a fast-paced environment will be most successful in this role.
What you’ll do here:
- Collaborate with in-house marketing team to develop consistent, impactful design deliverables across a wide range of touchpoints, including emails, social media, websites, events, presentations, and more
- Work cross-functionally, balancing the needs of stakeholders and translating complex narratives into simple, compelling ideas and solutions
- Design conceptual brand expressions that communicate brand intention and value
- Through your designs help to maintain and bring to life FareHarbor’s established brand language, voice, and standards
- Proof files for quality and accuracy
- Organize and maintain digital asset libraries
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of relevant professional design experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- High attention to detail with strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines
- Proven knowledge of both print and digital production best practices
- Strong typography understanding and acuity
- Out-of-the-box thinking and ability to intelligently push the bounds of our brand
- Strong presentation skills with an ability to communicate the “why” behind design decisions
- Stay on top of the latest creative and design trends and apply knowledge to new and existing campaigns
- Comfort with constructive criticism
- An eagerness to learn and grow in your profession and level-up existing skills
- **REQUIRED: Online portfolio of professionally produced work that demonstrates creative thinking and firm understanding of design principles**

Salary Range: $42,000-$53,025
