What you will do:
- Create digital and print assets including illustrations, logos, characters, motion design, web pages, flyers, brochures, signage, and trade show materials
- Receive, prioritize, and service internal design requests to create assets for communications, marketing, social media, internal and external events, and more to promote our software, our company, and mission
- Oversee production of printed materials, including printer selection, proofing, and approval of production runs
- Organize and maintain a library of visual assets for use by other teams within the company and by outside agencies
- In collaboration with the Design Team, curate and evolve the company’s brand experience to better achieve company goals and strategic direction
What you will bring:
- Portfolio required showing work in graphic design, UX/UI design, fine art, or other creative endeavors required. The work could be personal and not necessarily from paid projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, User Experience, Design Psychology, or related field desired but not required
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (including After Effects), Sketch, and other design tools a plus
- Participate in Design team research projects and brainstorming sessions to expand our creative vision, sharpen our customer focus, and further develop our skills as individuals and as a team
- Participate in team meeting rhythms, retreats, field trips, and communication channels to enhance team unity and ensure coordination
