Studio by Engrain is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. This position is responsible for leading Studio’s visual design efforts for all interface and branding projects. Working alongside client services and technology teams, the Graphic Designer will be able to efficiently create appropriate design concepts and see each project to a successful completion through impeccable design execution.

Studio by Engrain creates industry-leading digital branding platforms for the luxury real estate market including responsive websites and full branding campaigns. As a player in Studio’s continued growth, the Graphic Designer will be instrumental in maintaining Studio by Engrain’s place as a high-end creative agency. The Graphic Designer must be able to juggle multiple clients and projects and be able to manage ever-changing priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities:

Design

• Strong basis in typography, use of space, color relevance, design concepts and continuity, branding and digital projects.
• Proven ability to create current and realistic designs for print and web campaigns
• Must be able to provide fresh design concepts for many similar project types.
• Responsible for closely collaborating with our in-house design and development teams.
• Ability to develop across all design mediums including identity development, branding, print collateral, website, advertising and marketing collateral, and new technology.

Technology

• Provide intuitive, functional visual solutions and user experiences.
• Work closely with programmers to understand opportunities and challenges in implementation.

Technical Experience

• Mid-range experience with proven agency experience
• Demonstrable eye for design and usability
• Strong experience with digital content preparation
• Must be familiar with HTML & CSS
• Expert in the Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficient in both Windows and Mac OS platforms
