ABOUT THE JOB:

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team to extend and ideate design for The Pro’s Closet. You will be responsible for executing design projects for ongoing brand, content, and marketing needs, and working with the design team to elevate the look and feel of the brand across multiple audience touchpoints. 

You will have the opportunity to work with our Creative Director and Senior Designer to bring our design language to life, from collaborative brainstorming all the way to production files. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Extend and maintain our unique visual language that aligns with the larger identity and mission of the brand
  • Lead internal projects and translate them from conceptual and strategic ideas into design directions 
  • Generate and deliver strong designs under the supervision of the Senior Designer and Creative Director
  • Emphasis on consumer facing deliverables, such as email marketing, and performance marketing
  • Present and explain work thoughtfully to marketing and other internal partners
  • Work closely with the Directors of CRM/LTV and Performance Marketing on key consumer facing marketing initiatives and flows 
  • Work closely with the content team to aid in producing industry-leading content
  • Prepare approved creative for publishing and print distribution
  • Manage Shopify admin and CMS, as well as email marketing platform layouts and extensions
  • Collaborate with our external partners on performance marketing and paid social media 
  • Evolve and constantly improve creative processes and workflows


ABOUT YOU:

  • 2+ years of proven design experience at an agency, design studio, or brand
  • You have an exceptional portfolio that shows strong typography, layout, and visual skills - must submit a portfolio during application process
  • You are a marketing-oriented designer with DTC + Direct Response experience and are passionate about customer relationships
  • You have advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite - Figma experience is a bonus
  • Design experience in direct response email marketing campaigns, triggered email flows, and paid social advertising
  • You have iterative experience with A/B testing creative
  • You are a conceptual thinker grounded in strategy with allegiance to brand directives
  • Classic design training with enthusiasm for contemporary design trends
  • You are flexible and have the ability to pivot between conceptual creative work and production design 
  • Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, and confidently make decisions
  • Enthusiastic about the outdoor/cycling industry, the people it attracts, and all the gear!
  • TPC requires employees to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 for in person work and company events as required by your role, unless you qualify for an exemption allowable under the law

Location

Our company is located at the top of the Aquarius Trailhead in the Colorado Tech Center, in Louisville, CO. The office is easy to get to with the city maintaining over 300 acres of parkland, about 40 miles of trails, and over 1,700 acres of open space.
