Greenhouse is looking for a Freelance Designer!
We’re on the search for an experienced designer to help elevate the Greenhouse brand. Reporting into our Creative Director, you’ll be using your strategic design chops to drive the execution and growth of Greenhouse's marketing initiatives. In this role you can expect to work on digital assets for marketing campaigns, web content and graphics, and provide design support for virtual events.

What you’ll do:
- Craft and elevate a world-class brand that is innovating the way companies hire and attract phenomenal talent
- Develop visual brand designs to be implemented across various channels and mediums
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to transform and help build the business through design
You should have:
- 3+ years of diverse design experience in brand, web, print, etc. in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to work well in a team, and adapt to an evolving environment with competing priorities.
- Experience with Figma, a requirement
- Experience in working at a SaaS company and/or agency work, a plus
- Proficiency with Adobe CS, a plus
