SALT Lending operates a blockchain-based platform for the issuance of cash loans. Using digital financial assets as collateral, loans from SALT Lending are facilitated by multi-signature smart contracts. The platform is a wholly-owned subsidiary of SALT Lending Holdings, Inc. (SaltLending.com).

The Creative Services Manager will work closely with the Marketing, Product, IT and Sales teams of multiple lines of business within the Firm. As such, the candidate must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Management of internal creative resources as applicable
  • Serve as in house graphic designer and assist with copywriting for customers and employees
  • Creative direction for of external designers, photographers, illustrators, video artists and other creative communications contractors
  • Collect comparative estimates for services and present recommended use of resources
  • Contribute to strategic roadmap and campaign strategies
  • Flawless execution of omni channel marketing for both b2b and b2c markets
  • Consultative approach in working with multiple lines of business and internal customers
  • Adhere to internal processes for consistent delivery and ongoing metrics
  • Quality assurance of all communications and production
  • Production ready files for both digital and print mediums
  • Serve as a brand ambassador ensuring compliance among users and applications
  • Customer, partner and employee communications creation
  • Proofreading of all work to be published

Candidate Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Five plus years of design direction and execution experiences, including omni channel development
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, and complete deliverables in a timely manner
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills with a proven track record of collaboration across departments and functions.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a willingness to try new things. Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent analytical skills used to make educated recommendations for future marketing initiatives. Proven track record of turning data into successful creative marketing plans.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Willingness to accept wide range of responsibilities with minimal direct supervision. Strong project management skills, attention to detail and meticulous organization.
  • Knowledge of overall marketing communication trends in B2B and B2C programs. Desire and proven ability to learn as much as possible about the target customer segment to create maximum value for that segment.
  • Deadline driven to meet workflow prioritization, offering multiple solutions and recommendations for communication assignments.
  • Must understand customer trends/insights. Ability to translate the state of the market into successful marketing initiatives and campaigns with a high degree of compelling design and messaging execution.
  • Ability to judge effective creative, leading with a call to action and strong product positioning. Provide direction for A/B testing.
  • Experience in vendor and agency management including but not limited to vendor selection/negotiation, providing creative direction and drafting comprehensive briefs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word Press, Adobe Design Applications and Multiple Social Media Platforms. Proficiency on both PC and Macintosh systems.
  • Works closely with the Line of Business Marketing Directors and the Shared Services Director to ensure efficacy and efficiency in all work product. Supports and follows through with other duties and projects as required.
  • Leads omni channel updates which includes website enhancements, video storyboards and execution, print collateral, social platform messaging, event graphics and support, and other channels as needed. 
  • Tracking metrics tied to marketing dashboard and deliver regular updates on performance measurement. Make recommendations to executive team based on analysis of real-time and key performance indicators.
  • Maintain and monitor effective compliance in communications
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or related area of study.

 

Preferred Candidate Experience:

  • 5+ years of prior AML/KYC Compliance experience with consumer and business lenders
  • Familiarity with banking rules, regulations, laws and all policies and procedures pertaining to them including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, Reg Z, Community Reinvestment Act, FDIC, CFPB, and FRB regulations governing banks.
  • Background working in or managing agencies and/or internal Marketing Communications Teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Familiarity with Google docs and Slack.
  • 5+ years of prior AML/KYC Compliance experience with consumer and business lenders
  • Experience with financial services/FinTech/blockchain or related field
  • Experience with LMS systems and tactics of training program development
  • Experience with global marketing strategies and appealing to multiple cultural audiences.

 

Job Type:

Full-time.

25% - 35% travel.

Must reside in the Great Denver Area or be willing to relocate.
