Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- To translate business, strategic and operational plans into clear, compelling presentation slides for internal and external stakeholders.
- To take information and data to visually create slides and collateral that can tell a story.
- To decode a range of product KPIs and visualize the data within standardized reporting templates and dashboards.
- To drive and document data visualization best practices across the organization.
- To support the commercial and go to market teams in delivering best-in-class brochureware and marketing collateral across both digital and printed media.
- To help bring new proposition concepts to life in the form of high-level screen designs, user flows and simplistic prototypes.
- To document and visualize core business processes and customer journey maps in a clear and engaging fashion.
- To support the product and marketing functions with the creation of digital media and ad-hoc design requests.
- To create and own a suite of visual design assets and components in harmony with the FIS brand.
- To ensure all design solutions align with FIS's existing visual language and UX principles.
- To support the Global UX team with ad hoc requests and design assistance where required.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.

Experience
Essential:
- Demonstrable experience in high quality visual design and communication
- Ability to take information and data to visually create PowerPoint slides + collateral that can tell a story.
- Strong communication skills – visually, in writing and verbally.
- Self starter who can create a library of slide templates
- Engaging communication and ability to multi-task
- High quality design portfolio demonstrating work across a range of products, projects and marketing assets
- Demonstrate ability to work with a range of brands and visual styles
- Bachelor Degree in Visual Communication / Graphic Design / Art / Industrial Design
- Strong data visualization skills & experience
- 4 years minimum experience
Desirable:
- Exposure to Payments / finance / technology sector
- Communications/PR skills, from an internal perspective
- B2B
- Cross platform design (Native iOS, Android, Web apps)
- Digital UI/UX design experience
- B2B sector
