  • Manage on-site tagging for SEO and AI.
  • Evaluate feedback (internal reviews, feedback forms, surveys, user testing, etc.), develop insights, and activate them for content triage and iteration.
  • Write for a variety of products and mediums (mobile, web, etc.) for B2B & B2C audiences.
  • Collaborate with product, design, UX, marketing operations (support and engagement), and legal to assess project needs and assist with messaging.
  • Maintain consistency of brand tone and style across all platform elements.
  • Stay current on UX and content trends for competitors within the sphere.
  • Edit and proof work to ensure high standards are met across all content outputs.

What you will need to be successful:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing or Communications.
  • 3+ years of experience writing or editing content for digital products, web sites and/or mobile experiences, as a content strategist, UX writer, or similar.
  • Strong creative thinking skills, as well as the ability to think conceptually and make the complex simple.
  • Empathetic, analytical, and collaborative.
  • Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills with a diligent eye for detail, especially in language, style, grammar, and flow.
  • Ability to strike a balance between what the users want from products and what the product designers are trying to sell or emphasize.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Jira, Miro, and Figma.
  • Excellent portfolio of work.
  • Experience with Content Management Systems (Contentful, Drupal, WordPress, etc.) required. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (SAP Litmos, Open edX, Google Classroom, etc.) a plus.
