Maxar Technologies is seeking a creative, energetic, enthusiastic and motivated communications designer to join the creative team. The ideal person for this position is passionate about design, is comfortable in a fast-paced environment, loves pushing the boundaries of what’s possible, is an excellent problem solver, is forward-thinking, and has a strong foundation in brand, typography, and visual design.

You will join a talented team of creatives supporting the businesses that make up the Maxar family of companies. From trade show booths to postcards, the types of projects, and related responsibilities, runs the creative gamut. You will be juggling multiple projects of varying complexity, connecting with internal stakeholders, and applying rapidly evolving brand standards under deadlines bordering on impossible.

Our perfect person knows their way around the Adobe Creative Cloud. InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator chops are a must have. If you dabble in web, video, photography, or animation… huge plus. We are a small team so many hats will be worn. The ability to read minds would be highly regarded as insanely useful.
