Job Description
As the Brand & Creative Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of strategic brand marketing programs to drive awareness and customer acquisition for Conga. This includes creating and executing integrated campaigns through a variety of channels, including websites, landing pages, email, events, digital advertising, and social media.
As part of the Brand and Digital Strategy team, you will be also responsible for managing the Conga brand to ensure consistency across all brand and customer touch points To be successful you must demonstrate a passion for marketing innovation and growing the Conga brand.
Responsibilities:
Create a global brand strategy for Conga
Lead and develop a team of marketing creatives. Prioritize projects and inbound requests with a keen focus on doing work that matters
Ensure brand and quality standards of all marketing assets
Create and deploy brand enablement for Conga. Develop policies, processes, and training on proper brand usage for internal and external audiences
Establish baseline brand metrics and continually measure brand awareness and sentiment
Lead branding and creative projects, collaborating with the entire marketing team (digital, brand, content marketing, product marketing, advertising, PR, events) to deliver high-quality campaigns
Ensure all campaigns are aligned with company messaging, brand standards, and directly contributing to demand generation goals
Work with global market leaders to create and execute in-market brand presence and awareness campaigns
Manage and contribute to multiple creative projects of varying scale and tight timelines at once
Communicate clearly and regularly to stakeholders to drive alignment and execution success, while managing expectations and brand consistency. Develop excellent working relationships with counterparts from global offices
Create and manage contractor relationships, ensuring the company is delivering the best quality digital projects
Other special projects as needed
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
5 years experience in the brand and digital space, agency or account management experience a plus
Ability to adapt to rapidly-shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment, respond quickly to changing business needs, maintain attention to detail, and complete quality projects on time
Outstanding project management and creative writing skills
Obsessive attention to detail
Solid understanding of the user experience, SEO, and social media best practices
Experience with building or modifying web and landing pages within a CMS such as Drupal or Wordpress and experience building landing pages with a marketing automation system such as Pardot or Marketo
Experience with Google Analytics and a working knowledge of usability best practices and information architecture
Competency with PowerPoint, project management tools such as Wrike or Basecamp and digital asset management platforms such as Brandfolder. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite a plus
Punctual and organized nature, helping the team meet timelines efficiently and with quality products
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
