Dizzion is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to join its growing team! This role will be a key team member in growing the top of the funnel to drive predictable bookings. The Demand Generation Manager will bring experience in both building and executing demand generation campaigns using creative tactics, tools, and automation. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, this individual will interact closely with our sales and business development teams.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You are excited about driving results and finding new ways for us to grow the business.
  • Have “been there, done that” with emerging products and services where market demand needs to be created.
  • Have 4+ years’ experience in B2B demand generation marketing with increasing responsibility. You can handle both strategy and execution when it comes to lead generation and marketing operations.
  • Have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
  • Have experience as a Salesforce administrator including defining systems strategy and requirements, designing, managing integrations, planning testing, and supporting training efforts.
  • Bring expert proficiency in marketing automation (Marketo preferred), Wordpress and Google Analytics.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, cloud services, security, storage, or IT infrastructure fields highly desired – passion for technology is most important.
  • Have strong project management skills and ability to lead through influence; you’re never satisfied and you take a proactive, creative approach to your work.
  • You’re clearly a unicorn of sorts and you bring a willingness to pitch in on marketing projects that are not demand gen-focused as needed such as events, sales enablement, and strategic planning. We are a small, yet growing organization and we all wear multiple hats!

WHAT YOU’LL DO ON THE DIZZION MARKETING TEAM

  • Establish, maintain and document scalable processes to drive lead generation, increased funnel and other strategic growth goals. Ensure best practices in lead generation and management.
  • Effectively execute the mechanics of marketing automation campaigns (i.e. customized landing pages, forms creation, email campaigns and lead scoring rules).
  • Serve as the primary Salesforce.com administrator; overseeing the development and ongoing management of Salesforce.com enhancements, improvements and system customizations. Capable of proposing and designing Salesforce best practices and enabling user success.
  • Maintain integrations and data integrity between Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems and sales tools used for prospecting, lead generation and reporting.
  • Evaluate new technologies and applications to improve and optimize marketing and sales team performance.
  • Responsible for Dizzion’s digital presence including Wordpress administration, execution of CMS additions/updates, PPC, and digital campaigns. Should bring a strong understanding of SEO best practices.
  • Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations for optimization.
