The Role

We’re currently seeking a Web Analyst to join our growing Global Data Strategy & Analytics team. The successful applicant will thrive on tracking consumer behavior on our properties to power data-driven decision making at AXS and our clients. He or she will lead efforts to define and implement data layers in new products, implement pixels on the site, and potentially guide initiatives with A/B and multivariate testing.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Define consistent data layer across Web and Mobile apps
  • Implement the data layer within the Adobe Experience Cloud, especially Launch
  • Plan tagging strategy for new applications (Web and Mobile) and implement tags in Adobe Launch and DTM
  • Provide day-to-day management of the data layer and tagging, including evaluation, QA, and optimization as necessary.
  • Build reporting in Adobe Analytics workspaces
  • Implement tracking pixels on AXS properties
  • Work with several functions of the organization (Product, Marketing, Music, Sports) and external clients to understand and address their data & analysis needs.

 

What to Bring

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or equivalent area
  • 2+ years of experience in an e-commerce or B2B environment developing tagging solutions
  • Technical understanding of site tagging and its relation to analytics.
  • Knowledge of basic KPIs and data needed for ecommerce site analytic behavior.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch / DTM
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills with internal stakeholders and clients
  • Proven analytical and strategic, problem-solving and critical thinking skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and creative problem-solver with the ability to prioritize multiple projects, some strategic, some tactical.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Exact Target and Adobe Campaign is a plus
  • Experience with BI, data visualization, and reporting tools such as Looker is a plus
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SQL is a plus
