Trust & Safety Project Analyst

The Trust & Safety Team is looking for a full-time Trust & Safety Project Analyst.
Your job will be to help meet our mission by showing passion for our platform, having strong collaborative communications skills, and showing a clear ability to be both reactive and proactive in your day-to-day duties. A Trust & Safety Project Analyst is also expected to be proficient in our products, and dedicated to doing their part to help bring both a delightful and safe experience for Zoom users worldwide.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate various ongoing projects in order to meet project goals and timelines
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, schedules and status reports
Identify and document the goals and requirements of each project
Track and report on project progress, including challenges
Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings
Work closely with our T&S Lead Technical Program Manager and technical teams
Maintain clear, concise, positive, and empathetic communication for all projects in a timely and efficient manner including follow-ups and status check-ins with team members and/or stakeholders (Engineering, Security, Legal)
Assist in other areas within Trust & Safety, such as:
verifying compliance with Zoom’s Terms of Service and Community Standards;
reviewing content that may be confidential, sensitive, or controversial in nature
Stay familiar with all of Zoom’s products, offerings, and integrations
Requirements:
Minimum of 2+ years of experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree/experience
Excellent communication (both oral, written, and interpersonal)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude towards customers and team-members.
Discretion when working with sensitive topics or material
Proven ability to manage tasks at a project level
Ability to work both independently and collaborate with others
Ability to keep an open and learner’s mindset
You are not afraid to roll your sleeves up and contribute to the team
Previous experience as a project analyst or similar role
Excellent G-Suite, Excel, and SQL skills
Strong organizational skills, including multitasking, juggling multiple priorities and excellent time management
Experience working with technical teams, such as Engineering
Experience with Scrum or Agile methodologies
