About the team:
The FIS Global Security Services Business & Asset Management Team is responsible for IT Asset Management, End of Life and IP/URL Governance as well as technology tools enablement.
What you will be doing:
The successful candidate for this position will work on a team of analysts responsible for IP and URL Governance and will be primarily responsible for ensuring IP and URL inventory completeness. An accurate IP and URL inventory is required to make sure any identified vulnerabilities can be successfully remediated quickly by the IP and URL owners.

• Oversee and audit IP and URL inventories in ServiceNow CMDB
• Ensure all IPs and URLs have accurate ownership and are appropriately associated with corresponding assets
• Run IP and URL inventory reports and prepare weekly reporting for inclusion in appropriate weekly Security and Vulnerability Management reporting
• Hold weekly meetings to provide Governance updates and coordinate other forums and discussions with IP and URL owners as required

What you bring:

• Self-starter with ability to work well independently
• Well-developed communication skills with experience leading virtual online meetings with a distributed audience
• Data analysis skills with knowledge of Excel pivot tables, basic data formulas as well as some macro experience
• Ability to translate data analysis into weekly reporting packages to provide updates to multiple levels of the Organization

Added bonus if you have:

• Previous experience working in an IT Security Organization
• Previous project management experience
• Previous experience with SQL queries
