As a Systems Analyst, you have the right mix of analytic, process, and reporting skills and passion for the developing a continuous improvement culture. You will join a team of smart engineers focused on achieving excellence and increasing effectiveness across the engineering, implementation and operations associated with multiple Healthgrades Data Engineering and Marketing Platform products.  
 
The right candidate will have a desire to learn fast, crossover boundaries and drive improvements to help Healthgrades achieve success in product delivery for a highly integrated, multi-discipline engineering organization.

What You Will Do:

• Analyze system operations data to identify common issues, define system improvements, track improvement execution, and correlate improvement metrics
• Design and build reporting dashboards for system operational data
• Organize and facilitate delivery projects
• Organize and facilitate Kanban operations process including work intake, daily refinement, issue escalation, and delivery metrics
• Process owner for enterprise incident, problem, and change management when partnering with engineering squads
• Operational cost analysis for system expenses and consumer allocation

• Experience with system operations processes: issues, problems, changes
• Experience with data query languages such as SQL
• Experience with spreadsheet macros and charting
• Experience with Business Intelligence reporting tool
• Prefer experience with operational cost accounting
