We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager/Analyst to join our team and help us achieve our ambitious goals for our business and the planet.
What you get to do:

  • Proactively seek solutions to improve operational performance and transparency.
  • Create, analyze, and validate data used to create demand forecasting and inventory planning models.
  • Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results.
  • Work cross functionally to understand demand drivers and create planning and execution strategies.
  • Develop inventory demand forecasts at multiple time horizons and work with vendor partners to meet requirements.
  • Provide suggestions for improving inventory strategies on new, existing, and discontinued products.
  • Closely review and plan inventory demand and performance tracking for client-led marketing plans and promotions.
  • Build and maintain effective, professional relationships with vendors and partners to ensure supply chain transparency and excellence.
  • Work with vendors and partners to ensure on-time inventory receipt and levels.
  • Monitor sales performance as compared to forecasts; communicate demand changes with vendor partners.
  • Work cross functionally with internal stakeholders to communicate and mitigate inventory supply risks.
  • Manage data exchange, tracking, and follow up with manual fulfillment partners.
  • Create, review, submit, and track vendor purchase orders.
  • Review and manage accurate systemic inventory levels with regular inventory reconciliation and discrepancy resolution.
  • Oversee physical inventory at the distribution center.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional and positive attitude.
  • Bachelors degrees plus two years planning or analyst experience required.
  • NetSuite and intermediate or advanced Microsoft Excel experience preferred.

Salary Range: $55,000 to $65,000
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.

Our Boulder office has plenty of nearby restaurants, bars and hotels for our visiting employees, as well as in office employees to enjoy. We have on-site parking, and when you enjoy a walk near the office - you can take in the views of the Beautiful Boulder FlatIron Mountains nearby - Enjoy!
