As a Strategic Finance Analyst you’ll be involved in the daily operations of the business including supporting senior staff members with decisions in allocating capital and creating value.

What you will do:

  • Routinely update Financial models with Actuals and Forecasts
  • Retool Forecast models with new and existing business rules/drivers
  • Design new Forecast models
  • Update company forecasts and supporting schedules
  • Analysis of financial and operational performance
  • Assist in modeling and developing new management reports that are automated and flexible
  • Automate existing reporting packages by using various software tools
  • Assist with preparation of management/Board reports on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Obtain and update business metrics for Business Analysis Review on a monthly basis
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with other departments and individuals, including company leadership, who are resources for supplying data and insights
  • Support M&A and Business Development efforts
  • Partner with Human Resources to effectively track headcount changes and the merit & bonus process
  • Act as the liaison between Product/Engineering and EMG to align priorities and report on capitalized expenditures

What you will bring:

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statement preparation required
  • Excellent communication, presentation, analytical and report-writing skills needed
  • Strong attention to detail and deadline-oriented
  • Knowledge of Netsuite, Salesforce, and Adaptive Insights highly preferred

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $67,000 - $75,000 annually*
  • Bonus: up to 5% annually
