CSG ‘s Total Rewards function seeks a new team member who is looking to join in raising the analytics bar and elevating our fact-based decision-making process. Energy for the daily sprint as well as the marathon related to consistently delivering impactful metrics.
The Sr. Workforce Analyst will support all aspects of HR, providing meaningful data and analytics while providing meaningful explanations to assist in driving our business to the next level. This mindful role is a key collaborator, adept problem solver, and works efficiently with a strong sense of urgency.

You Are:

You Will:
- Identify and develop the reporting of human capital and related business metrics and analysis
- Foster collaborative relationships with internal teams
- Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional metric driven information
- Conduct and translate data analysis and research findings into easy-to-understand visuals and actionable recommendations
You Have:
BA or BS degree and minimum of 5-7 years relevant experience in workforce analytics business intelligence and/or data analysis
