Sr Research Analyst
JOB SUMMARY
Supports moderate to complex UX and Design research, usability and A/B testing projects collaborating with Analytics, Design, clients and stakeholders. Contributes to the design of innovative solutions based on research, data and testing by collaborating with all involved teams to support new and existing features across multiple applications.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
Brings user-centered design (UCD) process methods to digital applications from concept to launch.
Supports test plan writing for future usability and A/B tests.
Evangelist for the customer experience within the organization.
Completes polished reports for internal clients and the UX team.
Compiles and shares timely results in a way that is understandable and impactful.
Communicates with internal clients about the research and usability testing processes.
Recommends the appropriate research and usability testing services and deliverables based on client needs.
Identifies the best methodologies, tactics, and tools to deliver high quality results in a cost-effective way.
Analyze qualitative and/or quantitative results and extract key insights and recommendations.
Completes reports for internal clients as well as the internal UX team.
Champions the value and necessity of research and usability testing to the organization and clients.
Manages scope, timeline, and deliverables.
Creates time estimates and serves as a consultant and subject matter expert to the organization regarding how research and testing can be leveraged.
Manages agency and vendor relationships and efforts when services are outsourced.
Fully engaged and positive member of a collaborative team.
Willing to teach and mentor other designers
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Ability to demonstrate research and usability testing background via recent samples
Understanding of user-centered design
Passionate about the user/customer and advocating on what's best for them
Articulate and serve as the voice of the customer
Experience with leading client meetings
Experience in creating and delivering presentations
Strong time management skills
Experience with project estimation
Experience planning and facilitating user research and usability tests
Experience creating personas and customer journey maps
Experience leading complex research and testing projects
Required Education
Bachelor's degree in Design / HCI / Related Field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
Proficient with common tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT, Ominture, Tableau, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) - 7-8

The pay for this position has a salary range of $85,900.00 to $152,300.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
