We're looking for a Sr. Analytics Manager who is curious, creatively persistent, and incisive to join our growing, centralized team of data analytics experts. The ideal candidate has a knack for seeing solutions in sprawling data sets, the business acumen to help us uncover and capitalize on strategic insights, and an innate desire to invest in their teammates. As part of the team, you will partner with internal stakeholders at all levels across the organization to deliver impactful data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • From the start, you can expect to:
  • Collaborate across functional departments to identify, prioritize, and solve key analytic opportunities
  • Understand and communicate business performance in a way that promotes action (not just regurgitation of numbers)
  • Lead projects using advanced modeling techniques to distill compelling insights that enable thoughtful change
  • Design, develop, and maintain data models, custom tools, and dashboards in support of key business decisions
  • Tell data-driven stories that inspire action at the executive and senior leadership level
  • Build strong personal relationships and become a trusted thought leader throughout the organization
  • Help further your colleagues’ skillsets

Basic Qualifications
• 5+ years work experience in Analytics or Consulting
• Bachelors Degree
• Experience with complex data modeling
Eligibility Requirements

• Must be willing to work in Denver, CO
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
