Data Operations Analyst
This is a high visibility role where you will interact with employees at all levels. This position will report directly to the Data Operations & Analytics Manager and will have the following responsibilities:
Your Role at Visible
We have identified a need for an individual who can drive data and analytics needs for the organization focusing on member interaction throughout the buy flow to help increase conversion and user experience. This person will have a technical background and be comfortable with working with engineering and product to implement and execute tagging across the site in order to properly report. This person will also have strong analytic skills and an understanding of how the data is transformed and maintained in the backend.
You will play a key role in developing and managing the data governance practices and facilitate implementation, execution and validation of tagging that supports accurate and reliable data analytics. He/She will be conducting analytic deep dives using SQL, Tableau, Google Data Studio and Excel to visualize data in a meaningful way. He/she will need to derive actionable insights from data, and partner with the product and engineering team to drive improvements across the member experience throughout the buy flow.
What You Bring to Visible (a.k.a. qualifications)
● 3-7 years of analytics and reporting experience, especially around ecommerce, user behavior and interaction metrics.
● Technical understanding of site tagging and its relation to analytics.
● Knowledge of basic KPIs and data needed for ecommerce site analytic behavior.
● Expertise with Excel, Tableau or other Data Visualization programs
● Knowledge of Tealium or a tag management equivalent
● Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally, as well as to senior stakeholders
● Comfortable with fast-paced environments and rapidly changing priorities
● Strong problem solving and communication skills
Bonus Qualifications
● Adobe analytics experience
● Experience in Jira and Confluence
● Knowledge of Google Data Studio
● Experience using Tealium (Tag Management System)
