Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary liaison between key business area and systems teams, and communicates project feasibility, status  and issues to key stakeholders
• Develop and review reports that drive critical business notifications
• Develop and review command-line scripts
• Diagram existing and future-state business processes
• Integrate with the system-of-record (FIS Relius recordkeeping system)
• Troubleshoot issues, find root-cause, and provide resolution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in software engineering or computer science
• Self-starter, creative problem solver, and thrives under limited supervision
• Ability to create efficient processes to solve business challenges through automation and integration
• 2-4 years of technology experience in a Defined Contribution retirement environment is preferred.
• 4-6 years of experience in a query language (e.g., SQL and/or data reporting tools like Crystal Reports, Tableau, SSRS, etc.)
• Scripting language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Bash, Perl, etc.)
• Sound in Google Sheets or Excel including VLOOKUP formula and PIVOT tables
• Diagramming tool (e.g., Lucidchart, Google Drawings, etc.)
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and project management skills
• Working knowledge with FIS Relius administration/recordkeeping system is desired
• Ability to "think outside the box" when integrating with a 3rd party system-of-record
• Ability to manage and work on multiple concurrent projects
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical teams and business users across all levels of the organization
