Senior Security Analyst, Threat Intelligence
Zoom's Cyber Intelligence Team is seeking a remote Senior Analyst who will be responsible for monitoring and providing operational assessments for threats that may impact our company. Zoom intelligence analysts are responsible for analyzing the intent, motivation, and capabilities of threat actors and providing peer teams and leadership with a clear understanding of Zoom's cyber threat landscape.
Responsibilities:

• Provide real-time awareness, indications, warning and operational readiness to defend Zoom against global cyber threats.
• Identify collection gaps and create sound intelligence gathering practices from both open and closed sources.
• Write and deliver concise intelligence products in varying formats to peer teams and key stakeholders within the organization to support decision making.
• Threat profiling and mapping to defensive controls using standarding frameworks such as MITRE.
• Work closely with peer teams within the Detection & Response organization to provide relevant intelligence, triage and assess impact of potential threats to Zoom.
• Become a subject matter expert on adversaries targeting Zoom.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with sharing partners both internal and external to Zoom.
• Demonstrates sound judgement when making complex decisions with high impact.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• The successful candidate is impact-driven, has outstanding communication skills, and is adept at building relationships with stakeholders and peer teams.
• Minimum of three years working in a threat intelligence or related capacity within an operational setting. Fusion Center experience is a plus.
• Strong technical understanding of how attacks proliferate.
• Excellent writing and critical thinking skills.
• Strong knowledge of attack vectors and tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs) used by cyber threat actors.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex and technical information effectively in both written and spoken formats to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with threat intelligence tools and management platforms.

Education

• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
