Senior Operational Process Improvement Analyst

Job Duties and Responsibilities
An Operational Process Improvement Analyst has a prodigious impact to DISH's operations and profitability by delivering large scale projects and driving results through detailed analysis and developing improvement plans as those projects mature. We need someone who drives results through the organization and can quickly identify improvement opportunities and solutions - while seamlessly communicating throughout the organization (both vertically and horizontally) with our partners.
Day-to-day job responsibilities:
- Designs and implements changes to operational processes that improve results and reduce inefficiencies
- Coordinates with a variety of business units to develop, test and refine new business processes / practices.
- Leverages data to drive continuous improvement in areas such as productivity, network availability, quality, and technician dispatch.
- Teaches back lessons learned and key findings to departments with recommendations for changes and updates for training.
- Creates a roadmap for tools and technology needed to ensure improvement to our customer and intra and inter-departmental experience
- Serves as Subject Matter Expert by fully understanding the process and the impact to the operation of the overall business.
- Uses Lean Six Sigma and/or other process tools to detect operational trends, determine root cause, and present findings and recommendations to a wide audience, including senior leadership for continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to create efficiencies, improve the team member experience, and/or reduce costs.
- Maps out processes through BPMN modeling and documents job aids, methods of procedures, standard operating procedures, policies, etc.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
A successful Operational Process Improvement Analyst will have the following:
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; Six Sigma/Lean experience is a plus.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to perform process analysis, improvement and implementation on a national scope.
- Exceptional analytical, creative, technical project management and interpersonal skills, along with an intense customer focus.
- Self driven with the ability to plan and organize their own work around expected deadlines.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; SQL, Python or any analytical tool experience a plus.
- Tactful communication (written and presentation) style; need to have the ability to create a story and value proposition, develop presentations, and present in front of internal/external clients, as well as frontline to executive levels.
- Experience leading by influence, and success in being a driver of change in an organization.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and manage changing priorities.
Salary Range
Compensation: $87,500.00/Year - $125,000.00/Year
