Modivcare is looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer. As a Senior Data Engineer, you will work with business owners and partners to ensure requirements are defined and meet our needs. You will help translate requirements into technical deliverables, using a repeatable SDLC that ensures both quality and efficiency. You will report to the VP of Data Management.

Salary: $87,198 - $154,814/annually

You will ...
- Perform data analysis to evaluate and confirm requirements.
- Help develop/validating source target mappings and transformation logic required to support information requirements.
- Create re-usable transformations and robust mappings.
- Optimize mappings for performance and implement complex business rules.
- Coordinate with BA, Operations, company partners and external clients to ensure quality delivery of integrations.
- Document best practices and guidelines for support teams.
- Develop test cases and test plans to complete the unit testing.
- Identify or gather Data Quality issues and implement remediation processes for both Data Quality Edits and Data Quality Analytics issues.
- Prioritize and work multiple tasks across multiple projects.
- May be IT lead / liaison on projects and work efforts.
We are excited to speak to someone with the following...
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or another quantitative field. Equivalent work experience is accepted.
- 7+ years of ETL/Data Engineering related experience
- 5+ years of experience in full life-cycle development of ETL workflows, data and systems integrations.
- Experience with one or more mapping/ETL tools (e.g. RedPoint Data Management, Alteryx, Data Stage, Dataflux, Informatica, SSIS, Sterling B2B Integrator).
- Experience with one or more traditional development languages (e.g. python, java, C#, C++).
- Experience processing data including validation techniques, processing efficiencies, file processing (hierarchical, flat, delimited), and retrieving or populating data within a DBMS.
- Experience with relational database concepts, data quality, metadata management, and performance tuning.
- Enterprise data management toolsets (e.g. RedPoint Data Management, Alteryx, Data Stage, Dataflux, Informatica, SSIS, Sterling B2B Integrator).
- Experience with one or more traditional development languages (e.g. python, java, C#, C++).
