Equipped with Boost Mobile and its 9 million customers as the newest part of the DISH brand, we're setting our sights on competing in the prepaid and postpaid retail wireless market as the nation's fourth facilities based mobile carrier.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will primarily be responsible for providing reliable, insightful, and meaningful reports and dashboards to leadership on the Product Marketing and broader Retail Wireless teams to help us drive continuous improvements to our eCommerce websites and customer apps. This position requires a high degree of ownership, communication, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities

  • Define and create performance reporting for website and apps for all retail wireless brands
  • Analyze data and build models to provide business insights and assist leadership in making decisions
  • Responsible for collecting data from multiple sources: Adobe Analytics, Data Warehouse, Marketing, Tableau, etc.
  • Measure and track web traffic, marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Develop and explore new analytics to further understand site performance and usage
  • Approach web content and user flow with a Test, Learn, Optimize methodology
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest digital and analytics trends
  • Champion efforts effectively across multiple teams, building strong working relationships with partners in Retail Wireless, IT, Business Operations, Marketing, Customer Experience Operations, Finance, and more.


Skills, Experience and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred and 5+ years of related experience in a relevant field such as eCommerce, Business Operations, Analytics, Statistics, Data Science
  • Strong organization, project management, problem solving, and communication skills to address a wide variety of audiences
  • Knowledge of web analytics software such as Adobe, Google, SQL, etc. and multiple data sources
  • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills including talent for conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations
  • Meticulous organizational skills, high attention to detail, and delivery on commitments
  • Excellent customer service, technical support, and interpersonal skills

Salary Range
Compensation: $87,500.00/Year - $125,000.00/Year
